Rosemount Mortgage Planning works on behalf of their clients comparing the rates, costs and criteria from a carefully selected panel of mortgage lenders that represent the whole of the market, from the big high street names such as Abbey and Halifax to some of the lesser known or specialist lenders such as Platform and The Mortgage Works. We are not tied to any lender, insurer or estate agent so our clients get specialist mortgage advice that is unbiased and tailored to their individual circumstances and priorities.

What do we offer?

Rosemount Mortgage Planning is very much client driven and we  pride ourselves on giving Mortgage Advice, rather than just ‘selling’ Mortgages, so you can be sure that the advice you’ll receive as one of our clients will always be with your needs in mind and the level of service will be second to none. There’s never any pressure and the advice you receive is free of charge as we are paid by the chosen lender for introducing you as a client.

Rosemount Mortgage Planning is based in the centre of Bath and have offices available if you’d like to sit down with a fully qualified Mortgage Consultant to discuss your options.
